This seminar will first set the stage with an overview of the M&A environment, followed by a review of the basics of firm valuation when doing mergers and acquisitions as well as the nuances of deal structures and actually closing transactions. If you are an interested seller, we will help mange your expectations about what a typical engineering firm is worth and what to expect in deal structure. If you are interested in buying, we will discuss the M&A process and provide tips on getting to deal closure.
