ACEC Education Forum

Through ACEC's Education (EDU) Forum and its accompanying listserv, education professionals are connected to a network of their peers in an informal, roundtable setting. Professionals share best practices, discuss problems and solutions, and gain valuable insights into industry trends.

The Education Forum holds a half-day long workshop structured for networking with peers, in an interactive roundtable format. Facilitators guide participant discussions on emerging trends and problem solving in the workplace.

Participants will be able to communicate with each other beyond the Forum meeting, via a Listserv, continuing the conversations and sharing ideas year-round.

This year's discussion topics are being determined now and they will include:

  • Training and Development: Challenges & Opportunities
  • Role of Continuing Education in Employee Retention
  • Return on Training Investment
  • Innovative Strategies & Cost Effective Methods of Continuing Education
  • Best Practices Employed by Leading A/E/C Firms

The next meeting of the Education Forum is not yet scheduled.

Access to the listserv is also available on a subscription basis. Participants of Forum meetings receive a year long subscription free of charge. Subscriptions to the Education Forum listserv are available for a yearly fee of $25.00. If you can't attend the forum meeting, join the Education Forum listserv to gain valuable insight and information.
