DRESS
Business attire is appropriate for convention sessions and the Chairman’s Banquet. Attire for the Engineering Excellence Awards Banquet is black-tie. Remember to bring a light jacket or sweater as meeting rooms tend to be cool.
Tuxedo rentals are available through M. Stein. Visit their website at www.mstein.com or call (202) 659-1434 for rental information. A classic tuxedo is $65 without shoes and $70 with shoes. Orders must be received by Tuesday, April 4 to receive the discounted price.

WEATHER
Spring weather is delightful in the area. It's the nicest time of year to enjoy D.C.'s outdoor attractions, visit museums in comfort and laze away an afternoon or evening at an outdoor café. The average high is 73 degrees and the average low is 46 degrees. Evenings tend to be a bit cooler, and as always recommended, comfortable walking shoes are a must.

FEES and BADGES
Full Registration Fee includes: Opening Reception and Chairman's banquet, daily breakfasts, daily luncheons, refreshment breaks, education sessions, CEO roundtables, Hill and Agency events, one professional business forum, convention gift and compendium.
Spouse fee includes: Opening Reception and Chairman's banquet, daily breakfasts, spouse breakfast, Monday luncheon and hospitality lounge. Additional fees apply for optional activities and the Engineering Excellence Awards Banquet.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT HOURS (PDHs)
Attendees can earn up to 28.75 PDHs at this convention. Check with your state's board of registration concerning eligibility requirements. There will be a sign-in sheet for each concurrent session. Please be sure to sign-in at each breakout session you attend if you want to receive PDH credits. A PDH form will be in your on-site registration packet, which you should complete and send to ACEC. After the convention, your PDH certificate will be kept on file at ACEC headquarters, and a copy will be mailed directly to you upon request.
