Room Rate
ACEC'S room rate is $270, single/double occupancy, plus tax.

The Grand Hyatt Washington is located in downtown DC between the White House and Capitol Hill and is easily accessible by Metro. Room reservations must be received by April 3, 2009. After this date, rooms may not be available or available at a higher rate. Rooms are available until the cut off date or until rooms in the ACEC room block are gone, whichever occurs first.

Hotel Reservation Changes/Cancellations Changes to, or cancellations of online reservation may be made by visiting the hotel website through the ACEC site as listed above. Once you have entered the hotel website, please select the "Already Have a Reservation?" link at the bottom right of the text in order to access your reservation with your Last Name and Confirmation Number. You may make changes online through March 31, 2009. As of April 1, 2009, you must call the Hyatt directly to make any changes or cancel your reservation at 1-888-421-1442.

Changes to, or cancellations of telephone reservations may be made by calling the Hyatt reservation line at 1-888-421-1442.

Reservations received after this date, or after the group block sells out prior to this date, will be on a space and rate available basis. Hotel rooms in Washington, DC sell out quickly! Please make your reservation early!

Travel Information
There are three airports that serve the Washington D.C. Metro area: Ronald Reagan National Airport, Dulles International Airport and Baltimore Washington International Airport. From the airports taxis or shuttles are readily available and range from $20 - $75 one-way. Ronald Reagan National Airport is the closest and is on the blue line of the Metro.

	The Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) Number is G028576. Use this AWD number when calling Avis directly at 1-800-331-1600 to receive the best car rental rates available. The discount is effective 7 days before and 7 days after the event.
