Start your day off at one of D.C.'s newest attractions - the National Museum of Crime and Punishment. The museum invites guests to emerge from movie and television fantasy and enter into the fascinating reality of historical artifacts, dynamic interaction and current crime-solving information. Enjoy a CSI experience, walk onto the actual television set of America's Most Wanted with host John Walsh or experience the exhilaration of an actual high-speed police chase!
The next stop will be the Newseum offering visitors an experience that blends five centuries of news history with up-to-the second technology and hands-on exhibits. The Newseum features seven levels of galleries, theaters, retail spaces and visitor services in a unique environment that takes museum-goers behind the scenes to experience how and why news is made. You will be able to tour the museum independently and can enjoy a gourmet boxed lunch.

Co Co. Sala Chocolate Decadance

Co Co. Sala is Washington's hottest venue that mixes "heaven's elixers", namely - wine and chocolate! The "chocolate" décor in the dining rooms and the sleek bar reflects a mood that is both hip and inviting. Watch the chocolatiers create chocolate sculptures and coat bonbons-perhaps filled with peanut butter and jelly or Linzer jam-in the "enrobing machine."
In addition to jewelry-store-like cases filled with pastries and chocolates, you can watch the award winning chocolatier create fresh delicacies. You will be invited into Co Co. Sala's private dining space for an exclusive opportunity to become a connoisseur in the heavenly world of chocolates! Your expert host will offer samples of white chocolate to dark chocolate in solid, semi solid and liquid state and pair them with of shots of wines, cocktails or coffee.

U.S. Capitol, Capitol Visitor Center and Library of Congress Tour — SOLD OUT!

The new Visitor Center at the U.S. Capitol provides an exciting original educational environment. Learn about unique characteristics of the House and the Senate, their operations, the history of the Capitol building including its burning by the British. Your tour will include a visit to the new Emancipation Hall where you will have a breathtaking view of the Capitol Dome through an enormous skylight.
Afterwards, head to the U.S. Library of Congress and enter the Jefferson Building which was created to house Thomas Jefferson's personal library. Have the opportunity to see one of the three remaining copies of the Gutenberg Bible: the world's first press-printed document, along with many other artifacts in the world's largest research library.
