Convention Registration
Advanced Registration is now closed. If you wish to register, please do so on-site. The registration desk will be located on the Constitution Foyer of the Grand Hyatt. Registration will be open starting 12noon on Saturday, April 14th.
Information Regarding Online Registration: After logging into your ACEC account and selecting to register for the Annual Convention, you will be prompted to verify your information. At this time you will also be asked to select your "Registration Type" from a drop down menu. Please select the title that BEST describes your registration.
Daily Registration: In order to select Daily Registration Fees, you must select your "Registration Type" as either "Daily Registrant (ACEC Member)" or "Daily Registrant (Non-member)". The daily registration fees will not appear unless one of the two registration types above is selected.
CIO Council or CFO Council Registration: The CIO Council on Tuesday, April 17, is included in the full registration or in the Tuesday Daily registration. The CFO Council on Wednesday, April 18, is also included in the full registration or in the Wednesday Daily registration. Please follow the directions above to register online. RSVP will be available on the Sessions page. RSVP Check boxes are also available on the PDF registration. Please note: Registration for council events are required. Forum Registration: If you are planning on registering for the Legal Counsel Forum Only, select "Legal Counsel Forum Only" as your registration type. If you are attending the Sales and Marketing Forum only, select "Forum Only" as your registration type and then choose the fee attached to the Sales and Marketing Forum. If you would like to attend a forum as well as the full convention, select your registration type as either "Member" or "Non-member" and select the Full Convention Fee. You will be prompted to RSVP for a Forum near the end of the online registration process.
Spouse/Guest Registration: Once you reach the ADA Requirements page during the registration process, a selection button will appear at the bottom of the page to add your Spouse/Guest. Select the button and fill out the appropriate information. Please be sure to include your guest's email address and not your own.
Purchasing Multiple Tickets: In order to purchase multiple tickets for an event, select the event on the Sessions Page, this will automatically select one ticket purchase for specific event. Once you get to the check-out cart at the end of registration, you will be able to change the quantity of tickets to be purchased for events that allow multiple tickets. Individuals wanting to purchase additional tickets must be registered for full registration or for that day's daily registration in order to purchase the tickets.
Engineering Excellence Awards Gala Ticket(s): Can be purchased when registering for the Annual Convention and Legislative Summit. Tickets will be available on the Sessions Page. To purchase multiple EEA Gala tickets see directions above. To purchase EEA gala tickets ONLY click on the convention on-line registration and select EEA Only as your "Registration Type" and select the Engineering Excellence Awards Gala Only fee. You will then be able to select your tickets on the Sessions Page. HURRY AND GET YOUR TICKET TO THE GALA TODAY.

Full Convention Registration Fee (Member and Non-Member)
Registration is required for all participants and official badges must be worn to all functions.
The Full Convention fee includes: two breakfasts, two luncheons, ACEC/PAC Sweepstakes Breakfast, networking breaks, convention reception and dinner, concurrent sessions and agency presentations, roundtables and forums, lobby training and hill events, exclusive online access to session handouts and convention gift. A separate ticket purchase is needed for the Engineering Excellence Awards Gala and other special activities and tours.
First Time Attendee Discount (ACEC Members Only)
A special discount exists for members who are attending their first Annual Convention — $850 if registered before March 7, 2012. To check if you are eligible for the discount, please contact Jessica Torrero at 202-682-4316 or jtorrero@acec.org. After eligibility is confirmed, you will receive a code for online registration which can be applied at the check-out cart to receive your discounted registration.
Tickets purchased for all special events are included with your badge in your on-site materials. Tickets will be collected at all functions. Lost or misplaced tickets will not be replaced without full charge.
Additional Member, Same Firm Office Registration Fee
In order to register for this discounted fee, a member from the same firm office must be previously registered. To check if you are eligible for the discount, please contact Jessica Torrero at 202-682-4316 or jtorrero@acec.org. After eligibility is confirmed, you will receive a code for online registration which can be applied at the check-out cart to receive your discounted registration. Registration is required for all participants and official badges must be worn to all functions. The Additional Member, Same Firm Office fee includes: Wednesday's and Friday's receptions, three breakfasts, two luncheons, refreshment breaks, exhibit hall activities, exclusive online access to session handouts, forums, educational sessions and the conference gift. A separate ticket purchase is needed for tours and special events.
Spouse/Guest Registration Fee
Spouses and guests must register in order to participate in any activity. Spouse/guest fee includes: Monday and Tuesday Spouse/Guest Breakfast and Program, Sunday Convention Reception and Dinner, Tuesday Exhibitor Roundtable and Networking Buffet and Wednesday ACEC/PAC Breakfast. If spouses or guests wish to attend concurrent or agency sessions they must register as an attendee. Additional feels apply for tours, EEA Gala and ACEC/PAC Events.
Spouse/guest registration must be accompanied by a Full Convention registration. Early Bird Registration EXTENDED through March 9th!

Daily Registration (Member and Non-Member)
To register for daily registration fees online, on the Event Registrant Information Page, select "Daily Registrant" as your registrant type (drop down menu). On the next page you will select a fee. Please select the day(s) you wish to attend. Registration is required for all participants and official badges must be worn to all functions. Daily registration fees include meal functions for day registered. Individuals wanting to purchase additional tickets must be registered for full registration or for that day's daily registration in order to purchase the tickets.
Conference Compendium
The full Compendium of materials for this year's Annual Convention will be emailed to all attendees prior to the conference and will be available online to attendees following the conference.
ACEC Cancellation Policy
Full registration less a $150 processing fee will be refunded, if written notification is received on or before March 7, 2012. No refunds will be granted after this date. Substitutions are welcome if transferring to another employee of the same firm. Written notification must be sent to Jessica Torrero at jtorrero@acec.org.
ACEC Daily/Forum/Spouse Cancellation Policy
Daily/Forum/Spouse registration fees less a $75 processing fee will be refunded, if written notification is received on or before Wednesday, March 7, 2012. No refunds will be granted after this date. Engineering Excellence Awards Gala Ticket and Table Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of tickets and tables for the 2012 EEA Gala is acceptable until Thursday, April 12th with no financial penalty. No refunds will be granted after this date. Substitutions are welcome if transferring to another employee of the same member firm. Written notification must be sent to Jessica Torrero at jtorrero@acec.org.
