Registration is required for all participants and official badges must be worn at all functions. Full Conference fees include Opening Reception, three breakfasts, two luncheons, refreshment breaks, Exhibit Hall activities, electronic compendium, Conference gift and education sessions.
Daily fees/Convocation only fee does not include Opening Reception, CASE Banquet, Local Color Night, special activities or ACEC/PAC events.
 Spouse / Guest Registration Fee
Spouses and guests must register in order to participate in any activity. Spouse fee includes: Opening Reception, spouse only breakfast Monday and Tuesday (RSVP is required), Wednesday breakfast and all hospitality lounge activities. If spouses or guests wish to attend educational sessions, they must register as an attendee. Additional fees apply for special activities, Local Color Night and ACEC/PAC events.
Cancellation / Substitution Policy
Registration will be refunded, less a $125 administrative fee, if notice is received on or before September 22. After this date, refunds cannot be granted due to contractual obligations and guarantees. However, substitutions are welcome. All requests must be received in writing and sent via e-mail to kperrault@acec.org or faxed to 202-682-4361.
