To register for the conference, please go to ACEC’s onsite registration desk at the Yacht Club Convention Complex at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Hotel in Florida. Thank you for your interest.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be in writing and faxed to (202) 682-4361.
  • Cancellations will be assessed a $125 administrative fee by August 26.
  • Cancellations received after August 26 and no-shows are non-refundable.
  • If an ACEC member transfers his or her registration to a nonmember, the nonmember must do one of two things: Pay the difference of the ACEC member and nonmember price at the time of transfer.
