Hotel Reservations
Rooms are still available at the Maui Prince Hotel (shuttle provided to and from the Grand Wailea). A housing code and form are required to book a room at ACEC’s discounted rates.
- ACEC will email your housing form and code after your registration and payment have been received.
- Fax your HOUSING form directly to the Maui Prince Hotel. Only one code can be used per reservation.
- Hotel cancellation policies are very strict and deposits are required. Please be sure to adhere to the hotel's cancellation policies and cancel your room in the appropriate timeframe to avoid charges.

Housing code is required to book at the above rates and will be given to you once your registration and payment have been received. Above rates are based on single or double occupancy and subject to 11.416% Hawaii sales tax. There is an additional fee of $25 per night per adult (18 and older). There is no additional charge for children 17 or younger when sharing room with parent. Check in is 4 p.m. and check out is 11 a.m. Hotel cancellation policies are very strict, be sure to cancel your room well in advance to avoid penalties

Plan and book your island activities well in advance. Maui is a very popular tourist destination and tours offered outside of ACEC's conference will sell out in advance. Visit the Grand Wailea website activities page for resort offerings at www.grandwailea.com/activities.

Travel Information
Maui is easily accessible by the following airlines: United, American, Hawaiian, Delta, Continental, Northwest, and Aloha, with direct service from the U.S. mainland; Air Canada and Harmony Air provide service from Canada. Scheduled charter service on American Trans Air is also available.
Additionally, Aloha Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines operate frequent service between Honolulu International Airport and Maui's Kahului Airport.
Transportation from Kahului Airport to Maui hotels is provided via arranged bus service, shuttle buses, taxi, or rental cars. Make your reservations well in advance, rental cars book fast and run at premium rates on the islands. For a list of transportation options click here . A taxi one way is about $70 and the shuttle one way is about $40 and rental cars are at standard published rates unless you use ACEC’s preferred rental car partners. The hotels (Grand Wailea and the Fairmont Kealani) are about 30 minutes from Kahului Airport.

ACEC has partnered with both Delta Air Lines and American Airlines for the 2007 Fall Conference.
 To take advantage of Delta's service go to www.delta.com and enter your Delta SkyMiles Frequent Flyer number and SkyBonus account number US887275903 in the passenger information section to be recognized as an ACEC member. (This field is located underneath the passenger's name.) Or you can call Delta Air Lines at (800) 221-1212, or your travel specialist to make reservations and include the SkyBonus number US887275903 when making your reservations.
 To make a discount reservation with American Airlines, please call Americans Meeting Services Desk at 1-800-433-1790 and refer to the STARfile number A2497AB to receive the 5% discount off coach or first class fares or to receive a zone fare.
