All room rates are plus 11% tax and a resort fee of 14%.
Room reservations must be received by September 24, 2010, after this date, rooms may not be available or will be available only at a higher price. Rooms are available until the deadline or until rooms in the block are gone, whichever occurs first.

To make Hotel Reservations:
Registration for the Conference is required BEFORE making your hotel reservation.
All convention attendees should make reservations by calling the El Conquistador Resort at 888-579-2701 or make reservations online at El Conquistador ACEC Housing.
When making individual reservations, please reference "ACEC10" to receive the discounted group rate.
A deposit of one night's stay plus tax is due at the time the reservation is made. The hotel reservation deadline is September 24, 2010. Reservations received after this date will be on a space and rate available basis.
Please Note: For your convenience, a resort charge of 14% plus tax will be added to your daily rate. This includes the following high value items: Palomino Island Services, Beach/Pool Chairs, Beach/Pool Towels, Funicular Service, Promenade Fitness Center, Pool Service, Pool Ambassador, Tennis Courts (based on availability), In-Room Electronic Safes, and Unlimited local & 800# phone calls. This charge is in addition to the rate quoted. Resort charge is not a governmentally imposed charge.
ACEC reserves the right to cancel any hotel reservation inside the ACEC housing block for anyone who is not registered for the 2010 conference.
