General Registration Information
Registration is required for all participants and official badges must be worn to all functions.
The Full Conference fee includes: Opening Reception with Exhibitors, three breakfasts, two luncheons, refreshment breaks, exhibit hall activities, electronic compendium, forums, educational sessions and the conference gift.
Tickets purchased for all special events are included with your badge in your on-site materials. Tickets will be collected at all functions. Lost or misplaced tickets will not be replaced without full charge.
Local Color Night, a not-to-be-missed event with food, fun and entertainment, requires a separate ticket purchase.
Sales and Marketing Forum ONLY registration
To register ONLY for the sales and marketing forum online, on the Event Registrant Information Page select member or nonmember as your Registrant Type (drop down menu). On the next page you will select a fee — please select “Sales and Marketing Forum Only.”
Daily Registration
To register for daily registration fees, on the Event Registrant Information Page select “Daily Registrant” as your Registrant Type (drop down menu). On the next page you will select a fee – please select the days you wish to attend.
ACEC Cancellation Policy:
Full registration less a $150 processing fee will be refunded, if written notification is received on or before September 20, 2010. No refunds will be granted after this date. Substitutions are welcome if transferring to another employee of the same member firm.
