ACEC's highly regarded Business of Design Consulting (BDC) program reflects the challenging realities of the current business environment and provides the strategic insights and management skills for design professionals to successfully compete.

Curriculum is custom-tailored to the A/E work environment, primarily centering on the essential business topics not offered by engineering schools. This intensive multi-day course offers engineering leaders training focused on eight different management areas: leadership, human resources, contracts, risk management, information technology, finance, business management and marketing. Individual modules feature interactive workshops, extensive discussion and application exercises.

If you are an Owner, Senior Executive, Principal, Business Administrator, Project Manager (all levels), Human Resources Manager, or Manager of facilities and infrastructure projects, then you can't afford to miss this ACEC seminar.
