| Description: |
The Human Resources Forum is a 1½-day meeting structured for peer interaction in a roundtable format. Participants will be able to develop face-to-face networking opportunities, discuss emerging trends, exchange problem-solving ideas and information. Participants will be able to communicate with each other beyond the Forum meeting, via a Listserv, continuing the conversations and sharing ideas year-round.
The 2010 agenda is being finalized. Past agenda topics for discussion were: Communication with Employees Retaining Employees Legal Update - e verifications - are they legal? Best Practices High Tech HR on a limited budget Medical and Benefits update Recognition and Rewards Best Practices in downsizing or rightsizing Coaching programs
Please note that the forum itself will take place at the offices of CDM, 50 Hampshire Street, Cambridge, MA. This is a ten minute walk or short cab ride from the hotel.
