The Human Resources Forum is a day and a half meeting structured for peer interaction in a roundtable format. Participants will be able to develop face-to-face networking opportunities, discuss emerging trends, exchange problem-solving ideas and information. Participants will be able to communicate with each other beyond the Forum meeting, via a Listserv, continuing the conversations and sharing ideas year-round.
The 2009 agenda is being finalzied. The 2008 topics for discussion were: Communication with Employees Retaining Employees Legal Update - e verifications - are they legal? Best Practices High Tech HR on a limited budget Medical and Benefits update Recognition and Rewards Best Practices in downsizing or rightsizing Coaching programs 2009 Registration information will be coming shortly. |
