Wonder where your firm is headed in the current turbulent economic times? This seminar will take a hard-nosed look at effective strategic planning and properly executed business plans.

The program features specific examples of what works and what doesn't, offering six separate factors for what is required to create a successful strategic plan and how to carry it out.

The course is highly interactive, with participants sharing their own experiences and ideas through engaging small group exercises and culminating with an intensive scenario planning activity.

Faculty members have decades of experience in the A/E/C industry and bring extensive knowledge of creating and continuing a successful consulting engineering business.
