Description: The newest edition of AASHTO's Uniform Audit and Accounting Guide, approved by AASHTO in October, updates compensation and audit guidelines used by state DOTs. This new Audit Guide affects every A/E firm with DOT clients and will change how you do business.

THIS IS A MUST-DO FOR EVERY FIRM WORKING FOR STATE DOT CLIENTS.

This seminar will walk participants through the new compensation guidelines, focusing on the critical difference between allowability and reasonableness of compensation. The session will also guide you through the steps every firm must take to determine reasonable compensation including how to perform a compensation analysis that will be accepted by your DOT clients.

Join this timely session presented by Dan Purvine, Vice President of Finance and Accounting, Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., and Lynda Konomos, Chair, ACEC Audit Subcommittee, and External Audit Manager, HNTB Companies who were both members of the AASHTO-ACEC Steering Committee that collaborated on the development of the new AASHTO Uniform Audit and Accounting Guide.
