AASHTO is releasing a New Uniform Audit and Accounting Guide - which the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) plans to incorporate into future regulations - that dramatically changes how engineering firms are audited. The new Audit Guide affects every A/E firm with DOT clients and will change how you do business.
