The Business of Design Consulting (BDC) program reflects the challenging realities of the current business environment, providing the strategic insights and management skills fundamental to success for design professionals.
This intensive four-day program offers engineering firm executives and managers the collective state-of-the-art expertise of leading practitioners who specialize in the A/E environment.
