This focused and engaging 1-1/2-day course takes you step-by-step through the qualifications, ramifications, and expectations of serving as an expert witness.

Learn about courtroom demeanor, how to maintain your credibility, the differences between a fact witness and an expert witness, deposition behavior, permissible out of court statements, ethics, pre-courtroom testimony preparation, visual aids and more.
