Engineers, surveyors and HR staff who register for rcep.net: The NCEES/ACEC Nationwide Portal to Continuing Education for Engineers online introduction seminar, will find it well worth the time invested! Jill Holcomb, ACEC, will introduce and describe ready-to-use features of the new Registered Continuing Education Providers portal, rcep.net. This unique online program is being developed through a partnership of ACEC and NCEES for the dual purpose of providing a private professional and educational recordkeeping site for engineers and surveyors, and serving as a resource for accessing the spectrum of continuing education opportunities and institutions available for professional development needs.
Presented free to rcep.net members, this informative online seminar will demonstrate how E/S professionals can track and manage their PDHs; run transcripts of their rcep.net provider and self-reported PDHs; store documents including resumes, bios, et al.; and understand how licensing boards can easily verify transcripts. HR registrants will see a demonstration of how to enroll groups of employees and manage their subscriptions through the free trial period and beyond, and how to use rcep.net to track employees' PDHs.
