Daily registration fees (per day) apply to Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (including one forum). Sunday's fee is $110. Includes: Breakfast, luncheon, refreshment breaks in the exhibit hall, convention sessions on the specified day(s). An additional fee applies for the Engineering Excellence Awards Gala, Chairman's Banquet, optional tours and PAC activities.
Cancellation Policy
Full registration will be refunded, less a $125 processing fee, if written notification is received on or before March 18. No refunds will be granted after this date, however, substitutions are welcome.

Airport Information
Visitors can fly into one of Washington, DC's three airportsBaltimore-Washington International (BWI), Dulles International Airport (IAD) or Reagan National Airport (DCA). From each airportcab, taxi or shuttle service are readily available.
Airline Information

Car Rental
Hertz is ACEC's official car rental company. For reservations, call Hertz at 800-654-2240, and refer to CV#02XE0006. Standard rental conditions and qualifications apply.
Ground Transportation
From Washington National Airport (DCA) take the Metro (subway) yellow line towards Mount Vernon Square and get off at Gallery Place/Chinatown or the blue line towards Largo Town Center and get off at Metro Center. A taxi from (DCA) is approximately $15 one way. From Washington Dulles Airport (IAD), a taxi is approximately $45-50 and from Baltimore-Washington Airport (BWI) a taxi costs approximately $65-70. All airports also have shuttle service and car rental desks located in the baggage claim areas.
Professional Development Hours (PDH)
ACEC offers Professional Development Hours (PDHs) during national meetings. Attendees can earn up to 31.75 PDHs at this year's convention. Please check with your state's board of registration for specific requirements. A PDH form will be in your on-site registration packet. After the conference, your PDH certificate will be kept on file at ACEC headquarters. A copy can be mailed to you upon request.

The nation's capital offers a multitude of activities to captivate and inspire you! Packed with famous sites and free activities, there's something for everyone in Washington, D.C. Be sure to make your plans in advance. The city will be busy because of the popular Cherry Blossom Festival, and this is when the city is most crowded with visitors and school groups. Weather/Climate
Spring weather is delightful in the area. It's the nicest time of year to enjoy D.C.'s outdoor attractions, visit museums in comfort and laze away an afternoon or evening at an outdoor café. The average high is 73 degrees and the average low is 46 degrees. Evenings tend to be a bit cooler, so please bring a light jacket or sweater and as always recommended, comfortable walking shoes are a must.
