Your annual physical checkup helps you stay strong and healthy. So why not give your proposals the same treatment?

Join "The Proposal Doctor" Ken Tichacek to examine the dozen fatal flaws he sees again and again when reviewing proposals. Using ideas and examples from actual proposals, you'll get specific suggestions on how to correct each of those flaws, and learn how to:

  • Position your firm to win even before the RFP even comes out
  • Think like a client selection panel member so you can include what clients really want in your proposals
  • Win more proposals by making fewer of them
  • Examine proposals—including maybe even your own—to identify the dos and don’t of making proposals easier and more interesting to read
  • Make your firm's proposal preparation process more professional and effective

BONUS! Your Personal Proposal Checkup

When you register for this program, you'll be invited to send one of your firm’s typical proposals and the corresponding RFP directly to Ken at least 48 hours prior to the online class. With your permission, you might see parts of your proposal incorporated into the presentation.

In any case, Ken will provide you with a brief, complimentary, evaluation of the proposal you have submitted to him within one week after the date of the online class.

About the Presenter:

Ken Tichacek is the Proposal Doctor. Over the years, he has reviewed literally hundreds of proposals made by professional services firms and has seen proposals from every perspective: As a client for ten years, Ken had to review dozens of proposals almost every week. As vice president for business development and marketing for leading construction and AEC firms in the northeast, Ken oversaw the production of scores of winning proposals. In his current role as a senior consultant for PSMJ Resources, Inc., Ken travels across the US and Canada to present popular seminars about winning proposals. Each year, he sees hundreds of excellent and less-than-excellent proposals. Acting as the Proposal Doctor, Ken leads dozens of firms each year in the submission of actual proposals and, in that role, achieves an annual success rate of over 75%.
