You've heard time and again that you need a succession plan, even if you're still years away from retiring ... yet day-to-day business demands always push planning to the back burner.

But ask yourself, are you really willing to risk lower returns, losing key staff, and leaving your business in the hands of people who can’t keep it going?

Join Leo MacLeod and Brad Eriksen to walk through the financial, legal, and management considerations of what makes a good succession plan. You'll examine the case study of a mechanical contractor who successfully navigates the succession process, and learn:

  • When to exit
  • How to maximize your return
  • How to select and develop new owners from your team
  • Specific strategies to make a transition affordable for new owners
