Preparation in uncertain times isn’t a nicety, it’s a necessity.

If you’re a federal prime or major subcontractor, this isn’t a time to relax. The last shutdown in FY14 lasted 16 days, and the longest shutdown ran 21 days in 1995-1996.

Prepare now to take the proper actions whether it’s before, during, or even after the federal government experiences a partial or full shutdown.

Join Rebecca Kehoe, Esquire of CohnReznick who will walk you through the steps you need to take regarding staffing, subcontracting, communications, cash flow and accounting, as well as the information necessary for discussion with your federal contracting officers.

About the Presenter:

Ms. Kehoe is an attorney who specializes in federal contracting. In addition to her work in the private sector, she has worked for the Office of Regional Counsel and General Counsel for the U.S. General Services Administration. She holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
