Too often engineering firms repeat the same mistakes when pursuing new work. Maybe they submit a proposal as an introduction to a new client, even though they know they'll lose, or maybe they rely entirely on their marketing staff, resulting in the technical portion of the proposal boilerplate at best. No matter the strategy, it seems you're going to lose more than you win.

Not so fast! A 75% win rate is closer than you think!

Join Mel Lester to learn strategies you can use to set your team’s proposals apart from the competition and produce greater sales success. The key theme is this: make your proposals client-centered.

TAKEAWAYS:

  • How to improve your win rate overnight
  • Why you can’t trust the RFP, and what to do about it
  • Two ways to make your proposals more client-centered
  • How to make your proposals more value-driven than task-oriented
  • Why you need to use the most persuasive word in the English language
  • The best differentiation tactic that nobody talks about
  • Why you need to address the client experience in your proposal
