A study by the Center for Talent Innovation found that executive presence accounts for 26% of what it takes to get promoted (based on 268 senior executives surveyed). This Forbes article went on to say that executive presence is the ability to project gravitas – confidence, poise under pressure and decisiveness. Furthermore, communication - including speaking skills, assertiveness and the ability to read an audience contribute to a person’s perceived executive presence. (Forbes Magazine Article – 2012)

Please join Deb Hildebrandt from Beyond Words Consulting for an interactive webinar on executive presence. The content for this webinar will include those skills that contribute to one’s credibility and holding the attention of one’s audience. Participants will walk away with relevant tools and tips for communicating with confidence and clarity they can apply immediately – whether speaking to a small group, over the phone or doing a large group presentation.

Following this webinar, participants will have an awareness of:

  • Body language skills that impact one’s credibility
  • The 3 V’s that impact one’s ability to create trust
  • Power Point tips that can help one present with impact
