ACEC CIO Council

  • Chairman: Steve Ross, Chief Information Officer, exp. Global Inc.

Leaders in information technology at ACEC member firms can join the CFO Council at no charge.

The ACEC CIO Council is all about sharing best practices and innovations, providing you with new insights on how today's information, communication and technical leaders are addressing the critical challenges and rapidly changing needs of a globally integrated industry.

The Council provides a framework for the "thought leaders" in the engineering industry to discuss market trends and specific IT leadership challenges and solutions with their industry counterparts.

Through the Council, you have several opportunities to exchange ideas and collaborate with peers on the critical technologies and trends facing firms today.

  • Special CEO/CIO/CFO roundtable discussions at the Convention and Conference widen the focus to include enterprise-wide issues.

  • The Council hosts peer-to-peer programs at both the ACEC Spring Convention and ACEC Fall Conference. Programming is designed by CIOs.

  • The Engineering CIO newsletter features compelling and content-rich articles on business and technology issues.

  • The CIO listserv is an electronic community where participants can exchange information with their peers.
