She will also review the 2025 data collection process to ensure you have the information readily available when taking the survey. \nKey takeaways from the 2024 survey included: \n\nGrowth levels for 2024 expected to remain similar to 2022; however\, firms were slightly more cautious even though 2024 backlogs remained strong\n2023 profits dropped slightly\, but industry is generally recession resilient\nAs long as revenue and profit remain linked to headcount\, most firms will see a “ceiling” on growth and profitability\nA clear strategy around technology & innovation and M&A will likely determine the next wave of market leaders\n\nAbout the Presenter: Rebecca Zofnass leads EFCG’s Advisory Team\, working with the leadership teams of A/E/C firms on benchmarking\, valuations\, ownership transitions\, strategic planning\, org structure and post-merger integration.
