Congress Poised to Extend Federal Transportation Programs
Legislation introduced today by congressional leaders would extend surface transportation programs under the FAST Act for one year. In the absence of a multi-year reauthorization, ACEC and other industry stakeholders have lobbied lawmakers in support of a one-year extension to provide funding stability to clients before the current programs expire on September 30.
