Huge Fundraising Weekend for ACEC/PAC
Last weekend, in the run-up to the ACEC Board of Directors meeting on Tuesday, six Member Organizations surpassed their 2020 ACEC annual fundraising goals. Eighteen MOs have now achieved their goals and 16 more are closing in.

Fall Conference Panel Addresses Federal/Local Infrastructure Relationship
Elected officials and a panel of firm leaders discussed the recommendations in the recently published A Playbook for a New Infrastructure Partnership, which looks at improving how the federal government works with local governments to build the nation’s infrastructure. The Playbook was jointly produced by the ACEC Research Institute and the Accelerator for America’s New Partnership for Infrastructure.

The WEX Center promotes fundamental and applied research at the water-energy nexus in partnership with industry. Its research focuses on all dimensions of power/energy use and efficiency in the water processing sector, including extraction, treatment, conveyance, reclamation, and reuse.
