ACEC Awards Minuteman Fund Grant To ACEC/Arkansas To Protect QBS

ACEC/Arkansas will use an ACEC Minuteman Fund grant to defray the advocacy costs to defend the state’s QBS law.

In 2017, ACEC/AR and the design professional community successfully fended off an anti-QBS bill, with the help of an earlier grant from the Minuteman Fund.

In the current legislative session, the state’s QBS law has once again come under assault, and the M.O. is mounting another advocacy effort to educate key members of the legislature on the need to preserve and safeguard it.
