ACEC Nebraska Surpasses 2021 ACEC/PAC Fundraising Goal

ACEC Nebraska Surpasses 2021 ACEC/PAC Fundraising Goal

For the 17th consecutive year, ACEC Nebraska reached its 2021 ACEC/PAC fundraising goal.

“It is important to have a seat at the table when legislation is being proposed, and the PAC is what makes that possible,” said PAC Champion Terry Atkins of Lamp Rynearson. “We all make a living in this industry and if we are not willing to give money to make the PAC possible, who else will?”

The M.O hosted a series of fundraising events throughout the year.

The biggest fundraiser was a “remote” ACEC/PAC golf tournament. Executive Director Jeanne McClure and Immediate Past PAC Champion Kyle Anderson of Fellsburg, Holt & Ullevig coordinated the event, with members playing at courses throughout the state over the course of a month.

All of the members of ACEC/NE Board of Directors sponsored a car in the ACEC/PAC Pinewood Rally at the 2021 ACEC Fall Conference in Marco Island, Fla.

And for her 50th birthday, McClure sent out a video to all M.O. member firms asking them to donate at least $50 to ACEC/PAC as a birthday present to her.
