ACEC Online Class Provides Keys for a Successful ERP Conversion

 

A good Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system provides PMs and operations management with important and timely feedback on the financial performance of their projects. But converting to a new ERP system can be, at best, a challenge.

While there’s no instruction manual for ERP conversion, you can learn a lot from someone who’s been through it before.

In the July 20 online class, Lessons From an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Conversion, Bob Gabel will share what he learned from three separate ERP conversions. He will examine why overhead reductions shouldn’t be the main reason for converting and what’s crucial for a successful implementation.
