City of San Diego, Idaho QBS Council Honored in 2021 QBS Awards Program

ACEC and NSPE have awarded the 2021 QBS Award for the State or Local Government Sector to the City of San Diego.

The national QBS Awards program recognizes organizations and individuals who promote and make exemplary use of QBS methods to procure the professional services of consulting engineers at the federal, state, or local level. The program is co-sponsored by ACEC and NSPE.

In addition, the Idaho QBS Council received a QBS Selection Special Recognition Award for legislative and regulatory achievement in turning “enemies into advocates” and strengthening Idaho’s QBS law.
