Lamp Rynearson’s Pridal Receives 2019 ICAN Leadership Award

Nancy Pridal, president/CEO of Lamp Rynearson in Omaha, Neb., is the 2019 recipient of the ICAN Leadership Award, which recognizes those who redefine leadership within their organization.

“Throughout her storied career, Nancy has proven herself with a strong ability to adapt each and every day,” said ICAN President/CEO Susan Henricks at the presentation ceremony. “She represents all that the ICAN Leadership Award stands for and more with grace, dignity and authenticity.”

Pridal was selected by a panel of community leaders from a pool of candidates for her success. She is the fourth person to receive this prestigious award from ICAN.

“I hold a strong belief in civic and industry involvement as it has been a cornerstone of our firm’s values and is one that has been easy for me to embrace,” Pridal said upon receiving the award. “Leadership can be both rewarding and challenging. As a leader, if you’re smart, you never stop learning and never stop mentoring.”
