Leadership, Engagement, and Burnout Prevention in a World of COVID and Change

Times have changed and there is no going back. In addition to doing more to ensure business and client success, leaders must continue to do more to ensure team and organizational success – and this is especially true as we proceed through the COVID-19 crisis and our changing social constructs.

Guidelines For Handling a Cyber Security Breach
Thursday, May 27, 1:30-2:30 PM Eastern

In this session, Jim Jacobi and Mason Pokladnik of Walter P Moore will outline recommended practices to be used by an organization when responding to a cybersecurity breach. They will use a virtual case study to demonstrate the process and discuss important considerations, and will highlight the critical components of a Cyber Security Defense-In-Depth program, including the development of an Incident Response Plan.

• Understand current cybersecurity risks and the threat environment, what has changed with the pandemic
• Guidelines for developing and Incident Response Plan and a Step by Step response to Security Breach
• Strengthen security controls in their organization for a Defense-In-Depth Program
