Walter P Moore Staff Video Series Underscores National Engineers Week Theme

Walter P Moore adopted a resourceful approach for its firm’s celebration of the 2023 National Engineers Week.

The Houston-based engineering firm produced a series of videos featuring its own nationwide staff emphasizing the significance of the 2023 National Engineers Week theme: “Creating the Future.”

“Our goal was two-fold,” says Kirsten Cornell, the firm’s Senior Associate, Senior Communications Specialist. “We first wanted to align ourselves with the 2023 National Engineers Week theme, then use our employees and their diverse areas of sector expertise to highlight the abundant ways engineering enhances everyday life.”

With 24 offices nationwide, and another six offices internationally, the firm’s impressive project resume includes the famous Houston Astrodome, the world’s first major domed sports stadium completed in 1965, to the recent SoFi stadium in Inglewood, Calif., currently the largest stadium in the National Football League, and the first indoor-outdoor stadium to be constructed.
