ACEC/MA Emerging Leaders Program

Starting Wednesday, February 27, 2019 with an Ice Breaker & Keynote
Additional sessions: March  6, 13, 20*, 27 and April 3, 10 (Snow Date: April 24)

Firms with 100 or fewer employees may apply for Workforce Training Funds to assist with Emerging Leaders tuition. Available starting January 1, 2019.

Designed for engineers, architects, land surveyors, LSPs, geologists and other emerging leaders with approximately 8-15 years of experience, this highly rated seven-session program imparts specific skills and competencies identified by top ACEC/MA CEOs as critical for leadership success.  Join us as we launch our 19th class.

Locations
Most sessions will be held at The Conference Center at Waltham Woods, 860 Winter Street, Waltham. The first half hour and short break during these sessions are networking opportunities with refreshments available. The first session, February 27, runs from 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM. The remaining sessions at Waltham Woods run from 3:30 PM -8:00 PM.

*The March 20, 1:00-5:00 PM  session will be held in conjunction with and include admission to the ACEC/MA Engineering Excellence and Awards Gala at the Royal Sonesta Hotel, Cambridge, MA. 

The March 27 Government Affairs & QBS session will be held at Aldrich Center at The Engineering Center, One Walnut Street, Boston, MA 02108, 3:30-7:30 PM

Participants are limited to two attendees per firm; additional attendees may be placed on a waitlist. Cancellations must be received two business days before the event. No-shows will be charged.

Professional Development Hours:  24.5 PDHs
Emerging Leaders is providing professional development hours to meet certain continuing education requirements for licensure in some states. New York, Florida, Louisiana, North Carolina and Oklahoma require pre-approval of PDH sponsors. The Emerging Leaders program has not been pre-approved in those states.
