This document provides assistance on AIA Document A295 Integrated Project Delivery. AIA has a family of AIA IPD documents. AIA IPD documents do not directly involve the Structural Engineer of Record. However, the conditions therein would likely be incorporated by reference into an agreement such as C401 thus the Structural Engineer of Record should be familiar with the IPD general conditions to be aware of its responsibilities when developing a scope of services.
