CASE Tool 2-2: Interview Guide and Template
The recruitment of new employees is one of the most important tasks a manager will undertake. In order to build a great team, you need to hire not only good people but the right people. This tool will help your firm conduct higher quality interviews and standardize the process among all your staff.
Included is a guide to outline skills of successful interviewers and basics of the interviewing process, and two interview templates. The templates guide the interviewer’s assessment of the applicate and help provide consistent evaluations of multiple candidates.
