Many firms require a site-specific safety plan prior to performing work. Based on the US Army Corp of Engineers (USACOE) Short Form Safety Plan, this new template is for use on medium and low-risk site visits and field surveys – primarily for those sites with no construction activities and of short duration. This form is easily adapted to meet most firm safety plan requirements for small surveys and site visits.
Please note: The form is applicable to many small surveying assignments, but it does not replace or eliminate the need to comply with the requirements set forth in USACOE Engineering Manual 385-1-1.
