EJCDC® CMA‑625, Certificate of Substantial Completion is used
by Construction Manager to notify the Owner and Contractor that as of the date
stated, the Contractor has achieved Substantial Completion. CMA‑625 also sets
forth the requirements for final completion of the Project, including
completion of punch list items.
