Agreement is the legal instrument between the Owner and Construction Manager at
Risk binding each to the terms of the contract. This Agreement identifies the
parties, the Contract Documents, and establishes the Contract Price and
Contract Times. Exhibit A provides a detailed Scope of CMAR Services, while
Exhibit B provides the details for Contract Price and Contract Times.
