A new, industry-first guide to preparing comprehensive Supplementary Conditions for use with EJCDC 2016 D-700. There is no longer a need to “guess” at the language of necessary Supplementary Conditions! EJCDC D-800 includes model language for numerous common and desirable provisions, detailed notes to users, guidance language, and advice on formatting and organizing Supplementary Conditions. Although similar to EJCDC C-800 (Guide to Preparing Supplementary Conditions for design-bid-build contracts), D-800 is specific to design-build project delivery and addresses numerous provisions unique to design-build. It is fully coordinated with EJCDC 2016 D-700.
