EJCDC D-940 Work Change Director (2016)

An all-new document for the Owner and Design-Builder’s use in authorizing changes in the Owner/Design-Builder contract before the parties have reached agreement on the effect on price, time, or both. This document is similar to EJCDC C-940 (for design-bid-build) but is specific to design-build project delivery. Using EJCDC D-940 in design-build brings improved clarity to administering changes to a design-build contract.
