Becoming a Member Firm

The Bylaws of ACEC of Wyoming state membership is open to “Any lawful entity engaged in the private practice of and doing business in the profession of engineering or land surveying in the State of Wyoming, such entity either being duly registered as a professional engineer or land surveyor in the State of Wyoming or having one or more principals similarly duly registered, and having made Application to and been accepted into ACEC of Wyoming.”

The process of becoming a Member Firm begins with the submittal of a membership application to the Executive Director. The membership application can be obtained by contacting the Executive Director or can be downloaded by clicking the link below.

Completed applications are reviewed by the Board of Directors and, if accepted, the application will be signed by the president of the Board. The application process is then completed by the Executive Director.

At the end of the process the new Member Firm will receive an invoice for the first year’s dues. The dues amount is calculated based on the total number of individuals employed by the firm. The invoice will reflect the ACEC of Wyoming incentive policy whereby a new Member Firm pays only 33% of the calculated dues amount for the first year, 67% the second, and 100% thereafter.

Please contact the Executive Director with any questions regarding membership and the membership process.
