Registration for the conference is required BEFORE making your hotel reservation.

Hotel Reservation Cancellation:

All reservations require a deposit of one night’s room and tax.  If paying by credit card this may be reflected on your credit card statement as early as September 4, 2015. (Subject to change without notice).  Cancellations must be made before 6pm the day prior to your arrival date for refund or your one night’s room and tax deposit.

Rental cars are recommended for flexibility and ease on the island.  We strongly suggest booking before you arrive as sometimes cars aren’t immediately available when you step up to the counter without a reservation. 

From Logan Airport

From airport terminal take a Massport shuttle bus to the Airport subway station. Take an inbound Blue Line train to State Street Change at State Street for the Orange Line. Take any Orange Line train to Back Bay station. Exit Back Bay station to Boylston Street. Make a right onto Dartmouth Street; the hotel will be on the left. The fare is $2.65.

OR

From airport terminal take any Silver Line bus to South Station. Change at South Station for the Red Line. Take an Alewife bound Red line train to Park Street. Change at Park Street for the Green Line. Take any Green Line train to Copley Station. Exit Copley station to Boylston Street. Make a right onto Dartmouth Street. Turn right onto MA-9 W; the hotel will be on the right. The fare is $2.65.

From Boston Train Stations

Back Bay Station (guests arriving via Amtrak's Acela and Regional trains, MBTA Commuter Rail and Orange Line):

Exit onto Dartmouth Street.

Cross Dartmouth Street and enter the Copley Place Mall (to the left of Neiman Marcus).

Go up escalator and turn right at Louis Vuitton.

Cross the glass footbridge, and follow the walkway past the Starbucks.

The entrance to The Westin Copley Place is on the right.

North Station (guests arriving via Amtrak's Downeaster trains, MBTA Commuter Rail and Orange and Green Line):

Take a Green Line train heading to Copley Station.

Exit Copley station to Boylston Street.

Make a right onto Dartmouth Street.

Turn right onto MA-9 W; the hotel will be on the right.

From South Station bus terminal or train platform walk to the Red Line Subway entrance.

Take "Alewife" bound Red Line train to Park St.

At Park St., change to the Green Line train towards Copley Station.

Exit Copley station to Boylston Street.

Make a right onto Dartmouth Street.

Turn right onto MA-9 W; the hotel will be on the right.
