Please note that ACEC does NOT work with any third party providers to sell attendee lists for our conferences or other events.  Should you be contacted by another company stating that they can sell you an ACEC event attendee list, please contact Jessica Torrero (jtorrero@acec.org). 

Rates

Early Bird Registration Ends Friday, September 24, 2021

Registration is required for all participants and official badges must be worn to all functions. ACEC does not allow badge sharing.  All attendees must be registered as a separate individual to attend.

Information Regarding Online Registration:  After logging into your ACEC account and selecting to register for the Fall Conference, you will be prompted to verify your information.  At this time you will also be asked to select your "Registration Type" from a drop down menu. Please select the title that BEST describes your registration type.

Full Conference Registration Fee: The Full Conference fee includes: four plenary sessions, three receptions, three breakfasts, two luncheons, networking breaks, concurrent sessions, roundtables, and exclusive online access to session handouts. A separate purchase is needed for special activities and tours.

Young Professional Attendee: A special discount of $599 exists for members who qualify (under the age of 35).  To check if you are eligible for this discount and to receive the discount code, please contact Katie Goodman. 

Additional Member, Same Firm Registration Fee: In order to register for this discounted fee of $995, a member from the same firm must be previously registered at the Full Conference rate.  To check if you are eligible for the discount, please contact Hayley Sizemore. After eligibility is confirmed, you will receive a code for online registration which can be applied at the check-out cart to receive your discounted registration.

Daily Registration: In order to select Daily Registration Fees, you must select your Registration Type as "Daily Registrant”. Daily registration fees include meal functions for that day and access to online compendium of materials. Individuals wanting to purchase additional tickets must be registered for full registration or for that day's daily registration in order to purchase the tickets.

Forum Registration:  If you are planning on registering for the Legal Counsel Forum Only, select "Legal Counsel Forum Only" as your registration type. 

Guest Registration: The guest registration will follow optional event selection. Fill out the appropriate information. Please be sure to include your guest's email address and not your own. Guests must register in order to participate in any activity. The guest fee includes the Welcome Reception, Thursday Evening Reception and Friday Evening Reception as well as the Spouse/Guest Lounge open on Thursday and Friday mornings. If guests wish to attend concurrent sessions, they must register as an attendee. Additional fees apply for special activities and tours.

Conference Compendium: The full Compendium of materials for this year's Fall Conference will be available on the conference app!

Cancellation Policy: Full registration less a $150 processing fee will be refunded, if written notification is received on or before Friday, September 24, 2021.  No refunds will be granted after this date.  Substitutions are welcome if transferring to another employee of the same firm.  Written notification must be sent to Hayley Sizemore at hsizemore@acec.org.

ACEC Daily/Forum/Guest Cancellation Policy:  Daily/Forum/Spouse registration fees less a $75 processing fee will be refunded, if written notification is received on or before Friday, September 24, 2021.  No refunds will be granted after this date.  Substitutions are welcome if transferring to another employee of the same member firm.  Written notification must be sent to Hayley Sizemore at hsizemore@acec.org.

Attire:  Attire for the 2021 Fall Conference is business casual.
