In this session, attendees will learn why diversity in the workplace is critical to your bottom line and why it must be part of business planning. Attendees will also why and how being an advocate and finding an advocate for diversity is important. Additionally, they will learn how to leverage advocates in the workplace and the industry to make measurable changes.
