Hear from ACEC’s advocacy team on the top policy issues facing the engineering industry, including the future of federal infrastructure funding and major tax debates. This session is designed to prepare ACEC’s Citizen Lobbyists for visits with lawmakers on Capitol Hill, but all members are welcome to join.
Key issues to be covered include:
- Support for the bipartisan tax bill (H.R. 7024) that includes a fix for R&D amortization
- Effective implementation of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law
- Future infrastructure funding needs
We’ll also have a more comprehensive briefing in-person during the Convention on Tuesday, May 14th at 11:45 AM Eastern as well as materials to leave with congressional offices.
