Where is your firm on its DEI journey and why does it matter?  A panel of ACEC firm executives will share their perspective and insights on the recently released results of the ACEC Research Institute’s Diversity Roadmap as well as progress on their own DEI journey. Monica G. Tibbits-Nutt, AICP, LEED AP BD+C, Secretary and CEO of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, will also join the discussion to offer the client perspective and how diversity and inclusion are imperative to building better teams, better projects, and better communities.
